Steve was the head baseball coach at St. Louis University High School for 35 years, posting a record of 568-238. He won 27 District Championships, 18 Sectional Championships and seven Conference titles. Three of his teams made it to the Final Four at the Missouri State Tournament. Steve’s teams were consistently ranked in the Top 10 by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. In 2011, he was inducted into the Missouri High School Baseball Coaches Hall of Fame.

Nicollerat has conducted baseball camps and clinics in the St. Louis area for more than 30 years. He has been a certified Epstein Hitting Instructor since 2006. Nicollerat operates the “Coach Baseball Right” and “Baseball From The Ground Up” websites. Steve is a presenter at the St. Louis Sports Commission Coach It Right Baseball Clinic and annually organizes the Challenger Baseball Event.

A left-handed pitcher, Nicollerat for DeSmet High School from 197-74, and St. Louis University from 1974-78. From 1977-82, he pitched for St. Margaret’s in the CYC Major League. He was on two league championship teams and two all-star teams. He currently serves on the Greater St. Louis Amateur Baseball Hall of Fame Board of Directors.
