Amateur baseball has been a "way of life" for Dick Schuchardt. He was a capable right-handed pitcher at Roosevelt High, Harris Teacher's College, Missouri University American Legion and the various amateur leagues in St. Louis. He turned to managing and coaching and was Head Coach at Webster High School for 10 years where he won district titles in 1960, 1965 and 1969. Dick spent 17 years with the famous Art Gaines Baseball Camp working with thousands of young men in a baseball environment. He has always been available for clinics sponsored by the Khoury Baseball Association throughout the Metro Area.
