Michael "Mike" A. Roy is a former professional baseball player who primarily played as a first baseman. He was born on May 7, 1963, and is a native of Waterloo, Illinois. He batted and threw right-handed, standing 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 205 pounds.

Roy earned an All-American selection for baseball in 1983. He then went on to play two years of professional baseball in the Minnesota Twins organization, specifically in 1985 with the Elizabethton Twins in the Appalachian League. In 1985, he also received his B.A. from Western Kentucky University, where he was a member of the Dean's List.

After his baseball career, Michael Roy transitioned to a career as a financial advisor, with over 27 years of experience in the field as of 2024. He currently resides in Eureka, Missouri.
