Khoury and CYC catcher became Khoury League manager in Florissant in 1974, then managed Ellisville in the County League from 1978 to 1987.

For 20 plus years, his management and administration efforts at Ballwin American Legion led to three district titles, two Eastern Missouri Zone championships and state runner-up twice.
