Switch hitting star who primarily caught and played third base, but also saw time at shortstop and in the outfield. Hit over .400 for Vashon and used college time to play briefly for Negro National League teams in Memphis (Red Sox) and Kansas City (Monarchs.)

Played 13 of 16 years in Tandy League with Dodgers, finishing career in 1967.
